well now i dont know if i want leopard geckos or not! it so confusing :( theyre so cute and i dont want all my research to go to waste but they might not be for me.

My dogs don’t really mind me holding my leopard gecko. It’s only my 35% black lab that like doesn’t really like her, but otherwise they’re very good with her

My 1 year old gecko needs to be tong fed and when i gave it crickets it turns picky with worms and eats crickets only😭

YES. THIS. This was my life every 2-4 weeks because my gecko randomly decided she didn't like the substrate I'd been putting in her humid hide since I got her. I found one she likes now, but this was the story of my life for about 6 months, every time she shed.

Not the jumpscare

It's amazing to see how far this channel has come. In fact, this is the reason I wanted and succeeded in getting a now happy and healthy leopard gecko. Her name is Zizzard, and she is 4 years old. Almost 5! I started watching back in 2019, because of how cute the leopard gecko footage was. I learned about the dangers of sand, abuse and mistreatment, real world stuff. Little did I know that soon I would have my very own child! She is happy and healthy BECAUSE of this channel, and I am unendingly grateful. I love Zizzard so much, even through the pain! Thank goodness I became quickly aware that getting a pet is not the same as putting a portrait on the wall. They're not for display! They're living, breathing creatures who need love, and I'm so happy that I'm fortunate enough to provide that love. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So much!

We have had our gecko for 3 years. We adopted him from another family. He just started rolling to his back. It just started. Does this syndrome start at birth or can it develope later?

Can I ask why you use the smaller lamp for the leopard geckos? And do you use both LED and PROT5 for all ? What is the difference?
